Latin Percussion Workshop

A video-based workshop which involves a group/class-based programme and performance model using 10 common Latin percussion instruments played by each participating child:

1. Cowbells
2. Finger Cymbals
3. Hand Claps
4. Triangles
5. Woodblock
6. Bongos
7. Two-Tone Wood Blocks/Ago Go Bells
8. Glockenspiels/Tuned Handbells (A)
9. Glockenspiels/Tuned Handbells (B)
10. Maracas/Shakers/Tambourines

This programme is accompanied by:

• 11 individual percussion rhythm video lessons each with a 4 step breakdown
• Narrated walk through videos on how to teach the workshop and deliver the performance
• Full performance video (play-along for participants when learning elements have been completed).
• A facilitator resource PDF with a full description on how to set up, rehearse and play all instruments involved in the workshop
